How can a private lender add payment history to credit report?
Q. Is there a service that will provide private lenders with payment history reporting on debtors' credit reports? I have a mortgage from a private lender (not a relative, a private institution). The mortgage does not show up on my credit report at all, which makes my credit score lower than it could be as TransUnion notes I am being penalized for not having mortgage history.

A. Your lender would have to pay the fees to subscribe to the credit bureau. It isn't cheap. Does your lender use one of the other two credit bureaus? Not all creditors belong to all three. There is an alternative for you but this would be just a one shot listing of the mortgage. There would be no updates which wouldn't really help your score.

i gave my FAA private check ride in dec 2007 and still to get my original licence what shall i do now?
Q. private check ride taken on dec2007. FAA airmen services say that they are yet to receive my private application but they have my instrument rating application but not able to process the same bcoz of private application not available. my examiner says he has done all the needful. iam waiting for the licence for past 5 months. any solution for this?

A. Did you pass the checkride? If so, I'd call my local FSDO, and ask for their advice. You should have a temporary certificate if you passed the checkride, and you may need to get that to the FSDO and see if they can help...

How do you become a private investigator or private detective?
Q. Hello i am very interested in that being my career, but i dont know what i have to do to get that job?? Do i have to get some ID to say im a private investigator? Can i go somewhere for training? Any links or information will help me heaps. And i need those 2 questions answered but the more info i got the better. And im Australian so dont tell me anything about the american jobs for it cause im sure its different.

A. Given that you're an Aussie, we probably can't help you here. Most of us are Americans, and most of the Americans are gobsmacked, or at least confused, by the U.K. participants' questions. If they can't answer basic educational questions involving the U.K., what makes you think they can tell you how to become a private investigator in Australia? In the U.S., you have to apprentice and be licensed. I assume that Australia requires some similar procedure, but how would we Americans know? The site below is the best I can do for you:
